Precondition Failed

This lady looks at of her window at the washing line next door. The lady next door has just hung out her laundry. This lady looks at the laundry on the line and says 'the lady next door doesnt do her laundry properly' next day, lady next door hangs out her laundry again. And this lady makes the same comment. She does this for twenty seven days. On the twenty eighth day she looks out of the window at the next door washing line and says, today her laundry has improved.. Her husband says my dear. Its coz ive cleaned the window!
